How much is shipping?

Customers pay shipping at checkout. Current domestic launch rates are Standard Shipping for $8.00 and Express Shipping for $15.00. Final available rates are shown before you complete your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic Standard Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days and Domestic Express Shipping is estimated at 1-2 business days after processing. Processing time can vary by item and supplier location.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has started processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How do I know what size to order?

Please check the size chart and fit notes on each product page before ordering. Fit can vary by style, fabric, and supplier.

Do you carry plus sizes?

Some JoyRue styles are available in full-size or plus-size options. Check the size options on each product page.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show colors clearly, but color can vary slightly by screen, lighting, and product photography.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next step.
