JoyRue uses supplier-partner fulfillment for our launch catalog. This means processing time and delivery timing may vary by item and supplier location.

Shipping Cost

Customers pay shipping at checkout. Current domestic launch rates are Standard Shipping for $8.00 and Express Shipping for $15.00. Final available shipping options and costs are shown before checkout is completed.

Processing And Delivery

Processing time may vary by item. Domestic Standard Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days after processing, and Domestic Express Shipping is estimated at 1-2 business days after processing.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on supplier location and availability.

Tracking

Once tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout.
